A Design-Led Approach to Development
Wilton Renovations was founded on a simple belief: Beautiful homes sell better! We’re designers and builders who see opportunity where others see work — transforming underloved properties into refined, market-ready homes that feel both timeless and contemporary.
Our process combines architecture, design, and construction under one roof. Each project is an exploration of proportion, light, and texture — finished with the craftsmanship and integrity that define the Able Construction legacy.
Peter Greenberg
Co-founder
Peter Greenberg is a seasoned builder and design-minded contractor with over three decades of experience shaping some of Fairfield County’s most admired homes. As the founder of Able Construction, Peter has earned a reputation for combining practical expertise with a refined eye for architecture, space, and detail — a rare blend that has led to both industry recognition and deep client loyalty.
Peter began his career shortly after college, launching Able Construction with a focus on residential additions and renovations.
Since then, Able Construction has completed more than 125 custom homes across Fairfield County, mostly in Westport, many of which have won awards for excellence in design and construction. Peter’s work has been featured in regional showcases, and his projects reflect a signature mix of timeless style, craftsmanship, and an intuitive understanding of how people live in the spaces he builds.
His appreciation for architecture and design continues to evolve with every project — not just as a builder, but as a creative partner who sees each home as a personal expression of the family it’s built for.
After years of informal collaboration on projects, Peter partnered with Grant to launch Wilton Renovations by Able Construction. Their shared goal: to find and flip cooler houses in Fairfield County.
